What is a Print-on-Demand shop?
Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order through Printful to reduce overproduction! Outside of samples, events, and markets, we don’t hold stock on-hand for returns or exchanges.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards including American Express. We do not accept payments via ATM or inter-bank transfers.

How should I care for my garments?
Care instructions for every product are printed somewhere on the garment. If you have questions about the symbols, you can reference this handy chart.
Shipping

When will my order be shipped?
As our products are currently made-to-order, it can take a few days for your order to be made specifically for you. Unless otherwise clearly noted in the product descriptions, the production timeline for most garments is between 2-5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
We cannot currently accept orders outside of the US and Canada.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Click the number to follow your package on our tracking page and see the latest updates. Tracking updates usually start appearing within 24 hours after your order is shipped.
If you don’t see this email, double-check your Spam folder for an email from “store@neuen.co”.

When will I get my order?
Depending on the shipping option you chose at checkout, your order should be delivered with 1-4 business days after the original 2-5 business day fulfillment window.
Check the ‘Shipping Method’ at the bottom of your email receipt in the ‘Customer Information’ section for one of the following:
- Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days after fulfillment
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days after fulfillment

What is your Return & Exchanges policy?
Our shop is currently print-on-demand which means that every purchase is made specifically according to the details that you choose when you place an order with us.
While there can sometimes be a short processing window before production starts, that isn’t always the case. That’s why it is absolutely essential that you check that all of the details of your order are correct before you check-out.
Unless you received an incorrect or damaged item, we cannot currently fulfill exchanges.

What do I do if my order is incorrect or damaged?
If you received a size, color, or design that does not match your order and/or a damaged or misprinted item, reach out to store@neuen.co within 30 days of your original purchase with your name, order number, and supporting photos.
We review damages on a case-by-case basis and will get back to you in 1-2 business days.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?
As a print-on-demand shop, all of our products are made to order and, as such, we cannot currently allow exchanges for incorrectly ordered items.
